Meals & Menus

Our menu changes each week under the direction of our professional chef, Aaron Casale.  Our bags are delivered each Wednesday and they will usually feed one person for 4-5 days.  Each bag contains a main entrée, a baked casserole, a large salad with dressing, a deli salad, a small dessert, a bag of fresh fruit, and a bag of freshly baked local bread.  These are not single servings.  A client will get 2-4 servings out of each menu item.
